Notes
- All prices listed above are VAT exclusive.
- Booths include – a table, a chair, a coat-rack, a bin, a stand for leaflets, lighting, electricity connection.
- Logo collar – collar printing is included up to 15 letters length
- Exhibition entry is FREE for the public and conference visitors and speakers
- Alternative booth size or additional equipment can be arrange with conference coordinatorMilena Muckova

Registration and payments:
- Booth registration is open until the 22nd of October 2010.
- Exceptional booth registration between the 23rd of October 2010 and the 31st of October 2010 is subject to 20% surcharge.
- Last minute booth registration after the 31st of October 2010 is subject to 50% surcharge.
- All payments must be received by the 5th of November 2010
